i used to learn salsa at Xsalsa, 71 Mai Thi Luu, dist 1, but they teach on two. Lasalsa on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, they teach on one. depend on what style you like, so u can choose where u learn

Hi Kate,
Walking on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai towards city after passing Nam Ky Koi Nghia i saw a building with some latin music and dancing. Sorry not sure what is about as mostly in Vietnamese. Also, La Salsa have class and salsa dancing.
