Hello im francis aganon..i am married to a spanish ctizen for 5 yrs..she work in london n now im wid her bcoz her boss want us to be together so i applied my visa from spain bcoz i work der..oct. Wen i was here then our boss took our passport bcoz she told us that they need to apply in home office to extend my visa until now we are waiting d result...please i need your advice bcoz we are not happy with our work what can we do to my passport if it was in the home office bcoz it wil be xpired on april 17 my visa..thnku

This is Malta and not Spain.

From what you write your details are not clear! What is your nationality? What is the problem if you are married to an EU citizen?
