I wanted to know that is there any time period in which i mandatory have to make iqama for my wife, after she enters into the KSA on spouse visa? coz no validity of visa is written on her passport stamped visa. Nothing mentioned 90 days or anything. So is there any expiry date of that visa, so that before it ends, one have to make iqama and afterwards there will be fine !

Yes. 90 days by default, it could be mentioned in Arabic as three months, not by numbers as 90 days.
