My license was also valid until 2024 which was attached to my previous Iqama number which also got cancelled..

All the similar case as your's..

you cannot drive on your previous license as it has to bear the Iqama number of your current ID.. Basically it is a one day affair of having this changed.. You need to get a company letter with your present Iqama number.. The driving school or the license dept. will have it changed..

By the way, you need to pay again Sr. 200 for a five year term extension.. Even though your license is valid till 2014, a new payment has to be made..

thank you, but i only have a working Visa at the moment so looks like im not driving

What do you mean by working visa? Everyone has working visa here who is working
