I know It is a long shot, but I was wondering if there is a car enthusiast that has a OBD scanner/diagnostic tool for reading car fault codes? If not, any ideas where someone could get one in Kuwait?

@legacy Haha, they used it the same way as the packaged commercial stuff and it gave them a bit of a headache.
