Hi,
I am living and working in SG for quite a while and I am consider the possibility to buy a car together with 3-4 people, with whom we can share the costs and hire a driver. I am for it, personally, since it will help me focusing on my job and the investment as it is will be returned in couple of years. Monthly costs will be lower for sure (taxi per months is cca 1000 SG$).
Anyone interested?

Owning a car (incl. depreciation) costs far more than S$1000/month.
Add on top the cost of a driver (at least S$3000/month) and your proposition becomes unattractive even if several people share it.
