Zorgtoeslag Geschat inkomen

The "Geschatte inkomen voor 2014 or 2013" is based on the salary what you had earned last year.
The best and easiest way is to look at your last income tax. Your latest annual statement or your payslip including thirteenth month and holiday.

Yes I receive that annual statement, but I would like to know if I need to enter that number as it is or make any changes e.g. what are the rules

but if that is more complex and only written in that official document, I understand
