I don't recommend buying one here. The quality is hit-and-miss, especially the batteries. You might get one with batteries that will last for one year, or one week. There are no guarantees.

Brand new one around 8 million vnd for a honda. I agree with Saigonmonkey; batteries is a bit of a hit or miss.
In Hoi An, there is a big shop on ly thuong kiet.
