I have experienced as a government employee for almost 4 months, a warehouseman for almost 6 months and a Bank employee for 6 years now.

first thing to do is to go online, find the NZ governemtn immigration website.
Check it out to see whether you qualify for a visa and if so then start the application process.
You could also Google search for filipino community in NZ and contact them for information.
