Hello everyone,
I have been in a company for the last 7 months, they have taken my transfer but now they say they are not happy with my performance & are willing to give me release after December. I want to know if there is going to be problem for me finding another job, since i have not completed 2 years with them? In fact i am in the kingdom since jan. 2013. The Company is in green/ light green category.

try to find job give transfer to them and love your job not company.

Hello Seasound,
You should not have a problem with this specific case. You can transfer your Iqama to another company without any probems.
What you shold look out for though, is that when you find a job with another company (Good Luck!) make sure that your profession in Iqama is a secure for your job and conforms to a large extent with what you actually do.
