If you are EU citizen and willing to work long hours for very little pay with no security, yes.
As you are not an EU citizen then very difficult for you to do this. You will not be able to unless you already have a job to come to.
You also need to improve your communications skills, especially if considering a career in Europe in the hospitality industry.
