Suggestion on Salary being offered to me

Hi Fellows,

Mansoor here from India planning to take employment in Burnei. WOuld like to seek suggestions on the below -

1. Been offered 4000 BD/month as package. Is it OK to take the offer, have 9 years of experience in system engineering (instrument, control and automation).
2. Position offered to me is managerial and employment pass too. Do I need to get my educational documents attested by Burnei embassy.
3. Does Burnei employers/Embassy have background checks for new hires or people on employment pass.
