Husband Name in Wife Passport

I do not know about Pakistani passports.. but in Indian Passports, we have spouse name where our name has be to entered..

Our children's passport does not get processed if spouse name does not reflect in either one of the passport..

Like husbands name in wife passport and wife's name in husbands passport..

I still believe you need to call up your Embassy for the exact information..
