hope you are all well.im looking to move to malta with my fiancee from uk in july to start work in the medical field.
i was hoping if someone could give me some info on the tax i would be expected to pay on my wages. i will be expecting to earn in the region of 16K euros and no other incomes.
any info will be greatly recieved.

Hi,
Try this official tax calculator:

I tried it out and ,depending on deductibles, it comes to around 1000,- € taxes.
The Maltese tax rate is progressive from 15 - 35 % and normally deducted at source.
