my wife is from Paraguay she is a nurse im from Mexico we are trying to get a job for her as a nurse to apply for our visas to work and live ther in Australia hopefully to become Australian citizens if this is possible we would like to know where to apply and what steps to take to move to Australia-

This site will give you all the information you need and you can apply online.
There is a list of skilled trades on this site which the govt encourages those to apply.
