Through your Internet banking account, or physically in a bank? Through my bank's online account, the limit is SR. 30,000 daily, it might be different for different banks. Physically in a bank, I don't know.
Best thing, call your bank's toll free number (24 hours) and ask.

Yes, will need to show source of funds or letter from company / sponsor.
