I am not sure, but I think that's the gym in Soliman Fakeeh Hospital. Google for their number, sorry I don't have it. However, assuming it is the one in the hospital, it is a great gym. And all gyms are open continuously once they open till they close. Probably open at 10 am or so, and probably closes at midnight.
Fitness Time has several branches all over Jeddah, and there should be one close to you. Google for their website and/or locations.
P.S. Don't bother sending an email to any business in this country. 95% of the time, you won't get an answer.
