I doubt answering this question is easy unless you go & search around the area..
There is no organized website or something like this here in Riyadh for free apartments ...

However, I hope somebody from the neighborhood can help you out.

A compound called Arabian Homes is basically at the next junction up the King Abdullah Road, really nice compound, I know coz i lived there for a while, well worth a look.
