Sponser Transfer

Hi all,
I really does not know who was my previous sponsor. I paid 8 thousand SR and bought visa from an agent who is currently not to be seen in Saudi Arabia.he has left to his country. before he left he told me to get a transfer request letter from any other sponsor to get the release letter. I had to pay another 5000 riyals to him for this. I did so and gave my passport and the Iqama to an recruiting agency. they gave me a letter in the original letter heading with the company stamp saying they hold my passport and Iqama and is under processes for the transfer. it is now 6 months finish but until now they did not make my Iqama. now i understand that this letter is not valid to go out. what can i do now please advice me anyone who knows this situation.
