Seeking 3 mo. rental Ambergris, Caye Caulker, Placencia or Hopkins

Good evening all,
Jodi and I finally arrived in Belize, and feel very blessed to be here.  We spent 10 days in Corozal, and then moved on to Ambergris Caye yesterday. We are at the Conch Shell Inn, and in search of a place to rent.  Does anyone have anything available, or possibly know of anyone who does?  We are willing to try the various towns listed in the Subject title.  However, we do need it fully furnished w/kitchenette.  A one bedroom would be enough, or even a studio.  Our budget is $400-600 US. We are looking for a base so that we can come and go while searching properties throughout Belize.
