Hey Pals,
I am currently facing some problems while transferring my Iqama to another sponsor (KAFEEL).
My family is here in saudi Arabia from almost 17 years and i was on family visa .
Due to my age ,which is 25 years,my family was facing issue for renewing there iqamas that's why my father decided to transfer my Iqama to some Kafeel and that had done almost a month ago.
Now i got a job in a very good company and my kafeel have no objection in giving transfer to company but once compnay's GRO forwarded my request to Labor office they refuse to authorize my transfer because they said that transfer can be done only once in amnesty period.
Does any one knows about this Rule???

What nitaqat colour your current sponsor is in? And what's for your new employer?

My current employer is in Lite Green Category and the new one is in Platinum category.

There must not be any problems.
"They said that transfer can be done only once in amnesty period."
Probably, they said: Transfer can be done only after the amnesty period that finished on 04-Nov.
