Since you did not win the lottery, it's really pretty simple.  Do nothing.

As you are a first time poster could you please introduce yourself with some information about yourself.

To be specific the original poster missed out on a sponsorship to USA and is now asking if anyone can help him get there.
To take on sponsorship is a legal minefield. The sponsor has to cover finances etc for the person and is totally responsible for that person whilst he is in USA.

It's also pretty funny that people are asking for sponsors on a site where most of the Americans are currently living in other countries.
