i will be moving to norway (end of Nov'13), company is in sandvika, so looking for an apartment for family (2 kids, and wife), priority is kindergarten, shops and close to company(sandvika)

Sandvika is almost a city in its own right, so it will have what you are looking for. If you can read Norwegian, you can browse property at http://www.finn.no/eiendom/, either for buying or renting.

I don't know Sandvika so well, as I only go there to visit Norway's largest shopping centre, which is located there. There are places to buy/rent in Sandvika itself, but you also have some options around Sandvida. It depends on what you want and how willing you are to commute.
