About to have a baby or already had children? Let's share your experience about the paperworks for registering a birth in Pakistan.

What are the formalities to obtain a birth certificate?

What is the procedure to follow if both parents are of the same nationality or for a mixed couple?

I'm Thai and got married with Pakistani. My baby was born in Thailand so I did the birth registration at Pakistan embassy in Thailand.

All document needed

- Birth certificate in Thai and one english translation
- Marriage certificate
- Passport of father and mother
- Photo of your baby
- Id card of pakistani father/mother

Fill the form for birth certificate and you need to bring your baby too.

That's all.
