Concerning the northern Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where I'm settled since almost 2 months, and according to what I've experienced so far, I would  shortlist and prioritise the  top hiring sectors the following way:

1.    Oil Industry

2.    Construction, Engineering and Technical Services

3.    IT & Telecommunication

4.    Business Services

5.    Hotel, Catering, Bar, Restaurant, Tourism
