S2 and S3 light-rail lines

I understand that the light-rails are relatively new in Warsaw.  How are they catching on? I see that they connect the downtown area to the airport, but are daily commuters using the rail lines? Specifically, are the lines convenient to the residential neighborhoods and transporting to where the new Business Gardens development is?

Warsaw has an extensive bus and tram system criss-crossing the city as well as good, but very limited, metro system running from south to north.
Public transport in Warsaw includes also:
-light rail line - called Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa
-urban railway - Szybka Kolej Miejska
-regional rail -  Koleje Mazowieckie (Mazovian Railroads)

Lines S2 and S3 are parts of Szybka Kolej Miejska and as you wrote they connect downtown area to the Chopin's and Modlin airports. From what i saw, S2 and S3 are virtually unused - but maybe during rush hour the situation looks different. Just one stop before Chopin's airport there is a district full of business offices etc - and with S2/S3 it takes only 15-20 minutes to get there from the city center.

thank you
