hey guys

i've been offered a job in bahrain and i've got only an offer letter in which my package description,insurance,flight ticket,over time charges and 6 months probation is mentioned

they havn't mentioned anything about a contract..should i ask them ..and what is about this contract that is very important??

You should absolutely ask to your employer about the contract - to find out when will you receive the full contract. It's normal for them to present the contract once you arrive in Bahrain - but at the end of the day, contract is a very important piece of document you should read and agree. Ask them to see if they can send a copy of the contract via email prior to your arrival in Bahrain.
