The reality is no visa no entry into Australia.
All education fees are expensive in Australia.
Again there is no cheap way into Australia. There is a process you have to go through before you can get a visa.
Do not think about coming over on a tourist visa and searching for a cheap learning institution. To get a student visa you have to apply outside of Australia.

Private education is really expensive here with schools charging in excess of $20,000 a year.
