Getting job as marine engineer

Hello, my name is Olga, I'm 28 years old. I came at some point in my life, that i want to leave my home country and seek for a job in Netherlands, preferably Rotterdam. I'm a marine engineer, currently working in St. Petersburg at the shipyard. Have 5 years related experience.

After i graduated i've been living for while near Harlem. Then i came back to Russia and settled down.

i'm looking for similar job as i do at the moment. Can anyone tell me if its worth to look for and what should i start with? And the main thing is which vacancy.  Any advice would be helpful.

P.S.: my dutch was quite good when i lived there and i'm a fast learner so its not a  problem.
