hi all:

I have been offered a job in Telecom sector (Mauritius), where i'll be provided with return flights and visa (with family) with a gross figure 110K USD per year (20% tax) - this includes salary, accommodations/transport allowance plus bonus.

Can somebody suggest what are the things I must check/evaluate before taking the call.....also is it a good offer to maintain a family of 4?

Pls also suggest some good school (Eng) for my 5 yr old son near Ebene (schooling fee, etc).

HI ZHS,$110,000 makes MUR3,300,000 a year. Deducting 20% tax(MUR 660,000), u will be left with MUR 2,640,000 per year. Finalyy this makes up MUR 220,000 per month. If u divide this amount for 4 persons, this will make MUR 55,000 per family member per month. This is far very gud. Average mauritian salary is MUR 10,000 - 20,000. Any info u may contact me.......
