Visa for Romania

Does anyone know who I can contact for visa to Romania?

I called Saudi and two offices in UAE and they are just so clueless and unhelpful.

Romania is now part of the EU so you will need a schengen visa if you are not an EU citizen. You can most likely get it from the french embassy here in Bahrain who are providing schengen visa on behalf for greece so I am assuming that they do so for Romania also as there is no Romanian embassy in Bahrain.

Thanks Capriole
I don't think ROmania is part of Schengen.
But I will check, thank you
:-)

Hi Lindochka ,

You are right Romania is part of the EU but not of the Schengen zone, in that case the easiest will be to call the embassy in saudi in order to get a straight answer.

Embassy of Romania in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Good luck

In KSA contact the consular office not the embassy. They should be able to guide you .

@Lindochka hi. I went to Romania last July and I used schengen with multiple entry. They will let you enter if it is multiple visa since it is a part of EU. But if it is single entry it will not work.
