Dear all...
I got a Job offer as Customer Care Executive in a hospital in Bahrain. I have 3yrs experience in a reputed hospital in Bangalore. Is the job of Customer Care Executive in bahrain Hospitals same as in India? I am a Graduate in literature and passed MBA in HR just this week. How much salary can I expect and what all facilities I need to negotiate for? Kindly help me.

I am not sure about how much salary you should ask for, but you should ensure you have the accommodation allowance and a flight back home at least once a year is included in your package.

In addition to what brightonguy has advised, also find out if transport to and from work is provided. I am sure your medical facilities will be provided in the same hospital. But better to ask.

I too am no able to answer the salary question. Each employer is different. Best wishes.
