Hello,

I am moving to Erbil next month, I was looking around to check how much is the living cost. I got to know that the apartment rent per month costs from 2000 to 3000 USD for big apartments depending on location, security and furnitured or not. Renting house costs from 1000 to 1500 but the stability of utilities is not granted. After the search I couldn't find what suits me.

I want to know the following

1- How much does it cost to rent a furnitured studio 1 bed room + reception + 1 bathroom  inside a compound or in a secure area?

2- How much does it cost to buy a used, good conditions BMW 316 or any 1600cc Car

3- How much does a new BMW 316i cost?
