Working for Maaden

I recently got a call confirmation that Maaden is offering me 2 year contract position as Electrical Engineer. I have following questions.

1) What kind of atmosphere do they have work?
2) I heard in Saudi Arabia, they treat Indian/Pakistani very bad (even I am canadian)
3) What is average salary range for the western with 6 years of experience?

first of all, congrats for the job offer and wishing you a good experience there.

I'm a saudi and i could reply into some of your inquiries:

1) Maaden has many different areas, if you're talking about Jubail, they have a good compound in zoon area which is beside their plants it is about 120 KM far of jubail.
2) In Saudi Arabia especially if you talk about professional companies, they treat all employees same.
3) I have no information about salaries average.
