Don't pay anyone. There are many who'd like to exploit you of your unawareness. Just visit the labor court with the demand letter and tell them about the case. They'll order your sponsorship change.
The labor court can issue a letter to your embassy for a new passport.
You have to act fast as the deadline (to get it completed) is 03-Nov-2013.

But i have given the demand letter to agent.I have only copy of that.Whether its valid,or should i ask them to return original demand letter..pls reply..New employer told me to join within one week..

Have you told your new employer about your situation? If no, go ahead and tell him. You may need his help during the process.
And yes, he can issue it 1,000 times, it just take a little of printer ink
