About the scope I really havent got a clue of what you mean.
About jobs: Simply have a look on Google.
As for search "dentist+jobs+bangkok" = 304,000 entry's

Make a nice standard presentation letter IE: "To whom it might concern:" & a CV with no more than 3 pages. Make sure, also, that you have it all spell checked and with a good design.
