I got job in Zanzibar in hotel, I would like to know if it's advisable to move to Zanzibar with 4 month baby! Are the conditions all right to live there with baby? Please advise

I would like to but there is no embassy of Tanzania in Spain!
I hear regarding malaria and yellow fever, to do this vaccination I can't coz my baby is too small now only 2 month by time we move he will be 3-4 month
Is it difficult to get baby stuff in Zanzibar and what is advisable to take with me? Are there expats living with infants?
