Hi Everyone.
Am planning to move to Tenerife in September 2013.
I am looking for advices where to live in the island.
Am a single man I work offshore and whilst am off work I like to enjoy life.
Am done with clubbing and I like to find a place there I can still go out meet people mingle have a glass of wine as well as sitting home on my balcony or garden and enjoying a sea view.
Any advices and help are highly appreciated

Hi Oameer,
Are you in Tenerife now? I recommend you living in the south, good night life all year round in Las Americas, club like Papagayo or el faro are very good.
To live, if you pretend to make Tenerife your second home, buying might be to consider as the priece are at lowest price now, but starting to raise again. Banks are doing good offers like sale with 100% financiation or rental wit purchase Option.
However, if you prefer to rent in a first step, take care of all the clauses of the contract & try to elevate it trough a notary to have better guaranties.
