Hi all! I am not jordanian and want marry iraqi man in Jordan. I know that judge will ask about free i am to marry or not. So do i need to give my divorce certificate to Jordan Embassy in my country and they make some stamp there that it is real and correct or give it to embassy of my country in Jordan to put their stamp or its enough to make translation to arabic just?

hello , i hope you have good times in jordan , i think you need your divorce certificate translated in Arabic stamped in your embassy in Amman because they need your country approve that , so Jordanian embassy there doesnt have a right to approve it or not bcz its belong for Jordanian there not to citizen of that country
