Hi,
I am a software professional having an experience of 7yrs(Java) in IT industry.
I am expecting to move to Kuwait. I came to know that the salary hikes won't be that much often.
So I would like to know:
1. How much salary we can expect in a reputed Kuwait companies like Al-Mulla or Al-Sayer ??
2. Please share the common benefits (like Yearly once travel ticket, Health Insurance, Accomodation,.. ) of these companies and the benefits that we need to demand during initial offer?
Your responses would be of great help in deciding the next step of my career.

it depends on what the company is offering you; there is no golden rule that all big companies offer the same package - each company differs in terms of salary, perks etc.
find what is suitable to you and either accept it or ask for more.
