Expatriate job in the Dominican Republic

I am searching for an expatriate job in the Dominican Republic, preferably in Santiago, but I am willing to relocate to another city. I have a master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology: Human Resource track and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish.  I am fluent in English- Spanish. I lived for five years in the Dom Rep and I loved the culture and lifestyle. I am currently living in Philadelphia, PA.

Any advice or recommendations on how to go about finding an expatriate job in the Dominican Republic?

I appreciate any tips and comments.
