Hi,
You can buy new one at Homepro (locate together with BigC) or Index but both of them are too expensive. For lower price you can buy at Lotus & BigC. For second hand shop I think they also expensive because you are farang!

Check out ordering them online from IKEA. There is one in Bangkok and they do deliver to Chiang Mai. In the past I have found them to be cheaper than anything local including shipping.
