anyone knows how to open an account in citisectonline (online stockbroker in the Phil) while you are here in Jeddah.?I am interested in opening an account.

instructions are on their website,
just print and sign the documents, and then send to their office along with other supporting documents, like proof of employment and income, plus a utility bill in your name, because you are not physically present to open an account
if you go to their office, they will only need an ID for Filipino citizens.
