How can we receive English TV channels including ITV in Nice?

You can have a look at skyinfrance on the internet. There is also filmon. I don't really watch much TV - either French or British - I use expatshield to download BBC iplayer programmes. Safeip will also give you a UK "presence" for this but UK availability is not 100% guaranteed.  Hope this little bit helps.

If you are keeping a UK presence it's easier to get Sky/Freesat - pick up a copy of French Connection from Nice station - it's full of adverts placed by people who can give you what you want.

Do you not have internet in France? It is normal to have TV + phone + internet. The package should include free phone calls to landlines around the world. Free seems to be the cheapest provider but Bouyges gets the best reports for customer service. Staff in the Nice shops should speak English.
