Mwanza is good place for your plan of starting both commercial and an english collenge , it is second city in Tanzania after Dar es salaam, many people are eagerly to know english.

trust me its not a good idea every street every corner you pass ih developing cities here i tanzania you will see an english course collage or school its just like fashion now days try to think about other ideas
