Hi,
My brother is law is going to Auckland for his studies.
We are from India, and I want to know which are the banks (in India) who offer prepaid cards that can be used in NZ.
Prepaid card : A card that we load in India, in Indian currency. The money is converted to NZD, and can be withdrawn in ATMs in NZ.
Any other advice is welcome too...

Why not get your brother in law to open a bank account in NZ so you can transfer funds into it by using internet banking.
He can them get an ATM card to use in NZ. ATM cards attract lower transaction fees than international visa cards, lower yearly renewal fees, and if you withdraw the money from the banks own ATM's the fee is lower again
