Hi look at meetup .com and cs especially the latter as younger crowd. But do remember one of the great thing about being an expat is leaving behind lots of BS that society says you must do. I have friends from 21 to 60 and some of the older ones can out party the younger ones lol. So just chill and make friends of all ages is my advice
