Places to visit in Namibia

Hi,

For the ones living in Namibia, what would you suggest to discover the country?

When you have friends or family visiting you, where do you go with them? What are the must-see places in Namibia, the tourist sites?

How to visit the country in an original way? Any unusual or unknown place to recommend?

What would you suggest for a couple of days of for a week of holidays in Namibia?

Hello Julie

It depends where you are and what you want to see.  You will need a car; and ordinary car, not a 4 x 4.  The main 'must see' places in Namibia are Sossusvlei, Swakopmund and Etosha.  You would need two days minimum to visit each of them and a week would get you round all of them.  There are lodges, camp sites and hotels.  I can give you details if you would like
