Places to visit in Bristol

Hi,

For the ones living in Bristol, what would you suggest to discover the region?

When you have friends or family visiting you, where do you go with them? What are the must-see places in Bristol, the tourist sites?

How to visit the region in an original way? Any unusual or unknown place to recommend?

What would you suggest for a couple of days of for a week of holidays in Bristol?

Thank you in advance for participating ;)

Julie

Depends on whether you just mean Bristol or the region. Trips down to the coast are nice - plenty of sea views just down the road from. Salisbury has Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge is good, and Bath, of course. In Bristol there's the suspension bridge and the Clifton area which are nice to hang out in. Um, the Downs, Park Street, Caobt Tower if you're up for a climb. Harbourside's nice to see, too. :)
