I got a beautiful Nikon FM2n plus 50mm f1.8 lens for just $100 here. I'm not sure if that's the kind you're looking for, but they're available here. There's a local photo forum that has a buy/sell section (it's called VNPhoto.net) - although you will need a Vietnamese friend to help you decode the forum as well as help you contact the seller. Otherwise, the little stores along Nguyen Hue seem to have a few ones too, although I can't vouch for their condition - best to test em out yourself
